The College is open to any student enrolled in a tertiary institution in Canberra.
These include the Australian National University, the University of Canberra, the Australian Catholic University, St Mark’s National Theological Centre, the Canberra Institute of Technology and UNSW Canberra at the Australian Defence Force Academy.
College residents can be of any or no faith tradition, but they will be required to agree to a code of behaviour befitting an Anglican residential institution.
